Class Description

Our amazing team of specially trained coaches will lead the gymnasts through 3 challenging apparatus rotations covering the fundamentals of gymnastics and movement. Gymnastics IS an inclusive sport, that means our coaches WILL adapt every activity to each gymnast’s specific physical, sensory and learning requirements. Gymnasts who join this session can expect a welcoming and consistent structure, delivered in an easy to follow and supportive environment. Parents and gymnasts can both expect to see a clear and progressive development of not only their gymnastics skills but communication, fine motor skills and confidence. You can expect this session to quickly become the highlight of your week – it’s certainly one of ours!
